Aisha embarked on the series of the Creation of the Universe as a result of her enquiry about the existence of life and the elements of nature around her, both which intrigued her immensely. This led her to explore the subject of Life and the Omnipresent.
Each canvas is like a window looking out onto every aspect of God’s creation, i.e vegetation, water, earth, mountains, day, night, space, the Big Bang and so on. All these creations are very representational and because her work is a form of abstract art, she tries to veil over or camouflage this by using Arabic calligraphy to create a form of non-representational form of art.
